Front Yard Bikes, one of First Presbyterian’s local mission partners, is preparing for an exciting new chapter but they need our help to get there. After renovating a new space on Government Street, Front Yard Bikes is moving into its new home May 26–28, and volunteers are needed to help make the transition possible.
Moving days will take place Tuesday, May 26 through Thursday, May 28 from 9 am to 4 pm each day. Volunteers will assist with packing, organizing, transporting materials, and setting up the new location. The move-out location is 4308 Government St., and the new location is 4385 Government St.
Front Yard Bikes has faithfully served Baton Rouge youth for years by providing mentorship, bicycle repair education, and a welcoming community for young people. This move represents an exciting opportunity for expanded ministry and impact in our city.
