In a weary world filled with noise, loss, and uncertainty, the Church stands as both a place of healing and a refuge for the soul. Many among us carry quiet burdens — grief that won’t lift, relationships under strain, minds heavy with worry. Yet even in the midst of this, there is an invitation, a call to lift our eyes and hearts to the One who restores and redeems.
God designed our hearts, minds, and bodies to respond to his presence in worship. When we sing, something shifts — fear gives way to peace, despair yields to joy, and heaven brushes close to earth. Worship is where healing begins and gratitude takes root.
On Sunday, November 23, at 6 pm, we invite you to join us in the Sanctuary for The Rejoicing: A Concert of Worship — an evening overflowing with music, prayer, and the presence of God. This is not your typical Sunday service. It is a gathering of participation and praise, where every person is welcome to join in song. The Joyful Noise Children’s Choir, Chancel Choir, Worship Team, and a host of instrumentalists will unite across generations and styles — from timeless hymns to contemporary worship, from rich choral harmonies to heartfelt solos. Every note, every voice, every instrument will proclaim who God is and what he has done.
There will also be a sacred time of prayer, as our pastors and leaders lift up the struggles so many of us carry — from grief and anxiety to the pressures of everyday life. This is a space to be honest, to be seen, and to be reminded that hope is not lost. Together, we will stand in faith, finding strength and joy in the promise of Christ’s return.
Come ready to sing. Come ready to pray. Come ready to rejoice. Because our God, who is able to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine, will meet us there.
