Rehearsal
Your wedding rehearsal is one of the most important events leading up to your wedding as it defines the timeline and responsibilities for the day of your wedding. By going through the wedding ceremony step by step, all participants, most importantly the bride and groom, become comfortable with all aspects of the ceremony. Wedding rehearsals are normally scheduled at 5.30 or 6 pm the day before the wedding and it is important that rehearsals start on time. This time is devoted to preparing for a beautiful wedding ceremony. The rehearsal usually lasts about one hour and should include everyone participating in the service. The officiating pastor will be at the rehearsal.
Your Reception
You are welcome to hold your reception at First Presbyterian and we will help you with those arrangements. The wedding coordinator will go over the fee schedule and our policies. Receptions are limited to two hours and the facility will be made available to you two hours prior to the wedding for deliveries and decorations. Please note that alcoholic beverages or tobacco of any kind are prohibited on our campus.
